From the bitterness of disease man learns the sweetness of  Health, says a Catalan proverb.

Every single word is absolutely true, because we only realise the importance of living healthily once we fall ill. In today's world the eating trend, busy working style, work stress, lack of exercise and junk food has caused severe damage physically and emotionally, which has resulted in obesity.

Overall health can be achieved through a combination of physical, mental, emotional and social well-being, which together is commonly referred as health triangle.by maintaining a good balanced diet and a systematic lifestyle required results can be achieved by anyone.

Breakfast is really the most important meal of the day than any other meal whether or not you are trying to loose weight.Breakfast is the fuel that keeps your body running throughout your day.Skipping your breakfast at the beginning of your day would leave your body with no energy after a long nights sleep. The more you wait to have your breakfast, the more your blood sugar level is going to go down and you may feel nauseous or light headed and may as well develop stomach ulcers.

Your body regularly needs a constant supply of  glucose and other nutrients to keep your brain and nervous system in a full functional order. So skipping your breakfast deprives you of the nutrients you need to keep your day to day abilities. Not skipping your breakfast helps you not to binge eat, because you will naturally feel very hungry  at your lunch time if you skip your breakfast.

Another important thing is it helps to loose weight. People misunderstand that they would loose weight if they skip their breakfast , but your body does not work that way, if you skip your main meal and take long time for your meal your body goes into starvation mode .so your metabolism switches in to a mode it will start to conserve calories.Apparently by skipping your breakfast instead of losing weight you will gain weight.

So never skip your breakfast, plan ahead and have something for your breakfast and enjoy your whole day.

The whole idea of this article is to inspire others to live a healthy and a happy life.

THE NATUROPATH

Hippocrates (c.460 - c.370 BC) was the Greek  physician who is now considered as a Father of the Western Medicine. He maintained that the body could heal itself with the aid of natural cures, such as a good diet . Although the term 'Naturopathy' was not adopted until the end of the 19th century, this system of medicine dates back to Hippocrates, whose recommendations more than 2000 years ago included the maxim 'Let food be your medicine and let your medicine be your food'.  In the 19th and early 20th century, pioneers such as Stanley Lief in England, Max Bircher-Benner in Switzerland, and Henry Lindlahr in the United States, all ran residential clinics at which patients were able to fast and undergo physical therapy and water treatments to tackle a wide variety of ailments. The result is a flatter abdomen, and sometimes, a smaller waist, because the procedure corrects loose, sagging skin and excess fat. Any scars are usually located below the line of a swimsuit or underwear. A person's type of skin, overall health, weight and age can affect the outcome. Both men and women get tummy tucks. The procedure is especially useful for women whose skin has stretched after more than one pregnancy. For people whose fat deposits are just on the lower part of the abdomen, a partial abdominoplasty or mini-tummy tuck may be an option. Why Is It Needed? Skin has a limit to which it can stretch and still return to normal. When it stretches beyond that point, due to pregnancy or a large weight gain followed by weigh
